Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
