We offer free shipping on all orders above $99. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

- Orders above $99: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders below $99: $9.99 flat rate shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, holidays).
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're located outside the US, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes)
- Some oversized items may have additional shipping charges (you'll be notified before order confirmation)
- We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery date (for missing packages) or delivery date (for damaged items)
- Provide your order number and any relevant photos
- We will investigate and either reship or provide a full refund
